AI is also something you learn. And we teach it.
In-company workshops, training and mentoring for leaders and teams, built on your own business cases. Practice, method and security for using AI in your daily work.
When usage has become the bottleneck.
Good fit
Companies that have already rolled out an AI tool (or are about to) and see that usage has become the bottleneck: the team barely uses it, uses it poorly or uses it unsafely. Leaders who need to make decisions about AI and want sound judgment, not hype. HR, marketing, finance, customer service and back-office teams, which is where AI pays off fastest in daily work.
Not a fit
This isn't a generic tool course. Every format is built on your company's own cases, so it's not for anyone looking for a motivational talk about the future of AI.
Workshop, immersion, track and mentoring.
-
Half-day workshop
A shared baseline and guided practice with your own cases. The most popular format for leaders and large teams.
-
One-day immersion
From fluency to best practices, with exercises on the team's real processes.
-
Progressive track
For teams that will put AI to real use, from the basics to advanced work, with follow-up between sessions.
-
Leadership mentoring
Monthly guidance for managers who are leading AI adoption in their own area.
Every format includes preparation with your own cases, support materials and travel within Brazil. Larger groups, extra days or delivery outside Brazil are scoped separately. Terms are shared in the first conversation.
From needs assessment to support materials.
-
Needs assessment
Context, team level and goals, before we build any content.
-
Custom content
A learning track built on your own cases and data, not generic examples.
-
Guided practice
Exercises on real processes, with the team producing something usable during the session.
-
Best practices and security
What can and can't go into an AI tool, how to validate outputs, how to document the work.
-
Support materials
Reference guides and prompts so the team can keep going on its own.
Assessment, content, practice, follow-up.
-
Needs assessment
A conversation with leadership and a look at the team's current level.
-
Custom content
A learning track built on your own cases.
-
Hands-on
Practical sessions, in person or online.
-
Follow-up
Support materials and, in the progressive track, assignments between sessions.
It's the same approach Thiago Bisewski brings to his AI classes in the Exame | Saint Paul MBA and extension courses in Brazil, now inside your company.

The questions we answer on the first call.
Theory or hands-on?
Hands-on. Theory takes up as little time as possible; the rest is the team using AI on cases from their own work, with guidance. People leave with something they'll use the very next day.
Who is it for: leaders or operational teams?
Both, in different formats. Leaders need judgment to decide and prioritize; operational teams need practice. Companies often combine a baseline workshop for leadership with a track for the team that will do the work.
Do you tailor it to our context?
Always. The needs assessment comes before the content, and the exercises use your own processes and data (anonymized where needed). Training for finance and training for marketing in the same company have different content.
Which tool do you teach?
The one you use or plan to use. The principles (how to ask, how to validate, what not to share) apply to any of them. If you haven't chosen yet, we help you choose based on real use.
In person or online?
Both. In person works best for workshops and immersions; the progressive track works well online, with sessions spread over time. Travel is included in the terms of each format.
How many people per group?
It depends on the format: up to 50 in the half-day workshop, 20 to 30 in the immersion, 12 to 16 in the track. Groups are smaller in the practical formats because each person needs to produce something during the session.
How do we know it worked?
By usage. In the progressive track, the assignments between sessions show what the team is applying. In the workshops, the result is the material produced in the session itself, with your own cases.
Ready to talk about your operation?
In a first conversation, we get to know your context and point out where AI creates the most value.
