Your next AI venture, built in partnership.

From thesis to market, with a team that builds alongside you. We've done it with our own products, like Meu Sabiá and HeyCities.

Who it's for

A new business with AI at its core, built together.

Good fit

Companies and founders who want to launch a new product or business with AI at its core and would rather have a partner who builds alongside them than a vendor who delivers and leaves. Established companies that want to create a new digital business unit without building a team from scratch.

Not a fit

It's not an accelerator or a fund: Pixelwolf invests technology and business intelligence, not capital. It's not an on-demand service: we take on two or three partnerships a year, chosen for the thesis and the fit with the team. And it's not for ideas without an owner: the venture needs someone on your side with decision-making power and dedicated time.

What we build together

From thesis to operation, with the same team.

  1. Thesis and product strategy

Validating the opportunity, the AI fit and the business model.

  2. Senior design and engineering

The product, from prototype to launch.

  3. AI at the core

What sets the product apart, not a feature bolted on later.

  4. Go-to-market

Launch, first customers and what to measure.

  5. Operation and continuous evolution

The same approach we apply to our own products.

How it works

Thesis, build, launch, evolution.

  1. Thesis

Validating the opportunity and the AI fit, with a prototype when needed.

  2. Build

Design and engineering with AI at the core, side by side with your team.

  3. Launch

The product on the market, with metrics defined up front.

  4. Evolution

    Active operation and continuous evolution.

What we need from you

A venture owner with dedicated time.

A venture owner with decision-making power and dedicated time, a market hypothesis (even if not yet validated) and the willingness to launch early and adjust.

How the partnership works

A partnership, not a service contract.

Pixelwolf comes in as a building partner: we bring business intelligence and invest technology (a design, engineering and AI team) in exchange for equity in the venture. Our partner brings the thesis and market knowledge, and runs the business. Because the investment is our people, the same people who serve our clients, we take on two or three partnerships a year. We select based on the thesis, the size of the market and the fit with whoever will run the business day to day.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we answer on the first call.

How does the partnership work?

Pixelwolf invests technology and business intelligence in exchange for equity. There's no service contract and no billable hours: our design, engineering and AI team comes in as a building partner, and our partner brings the thesis, the market and the operation. The terms (equity, governance, milestones) are set in the thesis stage, before any building starts.

Why only two or three a year?

Because what we invest is a senior team, the same one that builds our own products and serves our clients. Each venture takes up a real share of that capacity for months. We select based on the thesis, the size of the market and who will run the business.

Do you have examples?

Yes. Meu Sabiá, an adaptive AI tutor for elementary school students, and HeyCities, a live events ecosystem, were born in-house and built by the same team. They're proof that we know how to take a product from thesis to market, not just build for others.

Do you start from scratch?

Yes, from the thesis. We also join ventures that already have traction and need a senior team to scale the product.

How long until launch?

It depends on the thesis, but we always plan in short stages: an MVP within a few months to test with real users, then evolution based on how the market responds. We don't spend a year building in silence.

What does the company need to have?

A venture owner with decision-making power and dedicated time, a market hypothesis (even if not yet validated) and the willingness to launch early and adjust.
