Who is responsible for your data

PIXELWOLF DESIGN E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 58.177.903/0001-22, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. This policy explains in plain terms what data we collect, why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable privacy laws.

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your company, your WhatsApp number or email, your message and your confirmation that you agree to be contacted by Pixelwolf. We use this data only to reply and follow up on the conversation, including preparing a proposal if that is where it leads. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who reach out to us (LGPD art. 7, V and IX). Your message reaches us by email, sent through Resend.

Booking a meeting

When you book a call through the calendar on our site, we receive your name, your email address, your company and, if you provide them, your WhatsApp number and a note on what you would like to solve, along with your confirmation that you agree to be contacted by Pixelwolf. This data is stored in Google Workspace, as an event in Pixelwolf's calendar, and Google creates the Google Meet link for the meeting and sends the invitation to your email address. We use this data to hold the call and follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (LGPD art. 7, V). The event stays in our calendar as a record of the meeting.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter in the site footer, we store your email address as a contact in Resend to send you each issue. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I). You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every newsletter email or by writing to contato@pixelwolf.com.br.

Audience measurement and security

To understand how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Vercel, which also hosts the site, keeps technical access logs, such as IP address and browser details, for a short period to keep the service secure and running. In both cases, the legal basis is legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device to track you. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so your visit sends no requests to Google Fonts.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Three processors handle it on our behalf: Resend, which delivers contact form messages and the newsletter; Vercel, which hosts the site and measures the audience; and Google, which runs our calendar and Google Meet (Google Workspace), where bookings are stored. All three process data in the United States, so this is an international data transfer, carried out under the contractual safeguards these providers offer, as provided for in LGPD art. 33. We may also disclose data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.

External links

The site links to WhatsApp (owned by Meta) and, when the on-site calendar is unavailable, to a Google Calendar booking page as an alternative. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, or until you ask us to delete it. Some data may be kept longer when needed to meet legal obligations or to exercise rights in legal proceedings. Vercel keeps technical access logs for a short period.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) and other applicable privacy laws, such as the UK GDPR where it applies, you can at any time: confirm whether we process your data and access it; correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; ask for unnecessary or excessive data to be anonymised, blocked or deleted; ask for portability; ask for deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent; find out who we share your data with; and withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@pixelwolf.com.br. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
